Formspring.me Website Application?

Here's what the homepage says what it is.

"Send and receive anonymous questions, and learn more about people you find interesting by following their answers."

Basically, it's the MySpace truthbox kind of thing. You can random ask someone who has an account on Formspring ANYTHING anonymously. It's a fun thing to do.

I was wondering if there's any sorta of "truth box" php script for websites? Maybe something that you need a MySQL database for or something. I want to have a "truthbox" for my website basically. Where can i download a script or application to upload to my site?
