It's a Runepure, you should train it's Def like 45 or 70 to ahrims or zerker pure with barrage, than it would be very good

 

Called the F2P ROON PURE. Just get 45 def and you'll be zerker

I would say either get 45 defence + 94 magic. Zerker pure with vengeance = ownage

as everyone else has stated ill just add.

u need to have done quests such as dragon slayer, fremenik trials and other quests that give defence experience. if needed quests that give defence are done then congratz u got a good zerker pure (get def to 45)
also do soul wars, pest control or just alch mage to 94 and do desert treasure quest

 

Rune pure, you should get some strength or ranged up, it's a beast than

 

Runepure.

Do quests or zerks/runepures are NOT worth it.
