Questions about botting with RSbots.net

When I load program, select world, username and password, for some reason the screen keeps flashing non-stop also will not auto log-in, When I manually log in that bot does not work. In the chat below says Waiting for Reflection, What does that mean? "Waiting for Reflection" and how can I fix this problem?

Waiting for reflection means you are using an outdated bot, go get the new version. And set the detail to "safe mode" if you want to screen to stop flashing.

 

GO to safemode, most bots atm cannot work with the "new detailed mode" and can only work with safe mode, almost seems like jagex is letting us bot =)
