Hi there, Recently had to wipe my laptop and lost all Data, completely forgot my password, still using the same device and IP/can provide previous ISP.

• I don't actually have a form of ID right now that would be available to use for a while until I get my replacement back, which is a while due to backlogs , but if there is anything else I can provide Regarding, I can provide, please note my actually email I am registered with [redacted] For some reason does not send the password reset link to my email, I have checked all folders possible, unusual.
