Some Guy Wants His Money Back??is That Possible[sold My Acc]

Hi i sold my account ages ago..[4 months] ,well he lost 30m in bandos and now he said that he want an better acc or he will demand the money back...Is that even possible after 4 months?..What should i do... I was thinking of delete my paypal bankaccount + change all information..Mamby that will stop him from demanding the money back..HE paid with a creditcard .WHAT SHOULD I DO????[/SIZE

Well, there's no reason for him to claim the money back from you because he lost the amount of money himself.

If he'll succeed to claim the money back from your paypal you should recover your account and report him for scamming. Remember to save all conversations so you'll have enought prove.

He has no right to claim the money back if he was the one who lost it, transfer your money out of paypal to be safe. If he does manage to take back his money, then he has technically stolen from you, seeing how the item you sold him is still in his possession.

You can't reclaim money 45 days after the payment has been made. You're in the clear, don't be worried.

 

paypal cant be refunded... either 45 or 90 days after purchase.. if its actually been 3 months, $ is yours

On the topic of paypal, I have a question. If somebody sends you money as a gift is it still possible for them to claim it back? If so why does everybody in the Blackmarket use "send as gift only"?

I have heard it is still possible.
I have only had a virtual item claim against me once, and in that situation it WAS made as a "Payment", so I cannot confirm this. I can confirm that PayPal is full of shit though, as they took $15.50 from me for a $5.50 claim, saying that they need fees as well.
It's a real kick in the balls when you run a fair business :'(

 

Yes, it's possible to reclaim money even when it is sent as a "gift". I had some guy who bought my account for $50.00, then when he lost all of the items (because he fucking sucked at pking on an almost maxed ranged tank >.>) he recovered the money.

I know the way he did it was he used his credit card company to chargeback rather than paypal. I'm not sure if there are other methods, but I would highly suggest avoiding those with credit card funded paypals. I disputed the chargeback and won, but either way, it was no fun being -$50.00 for a while.

 

Don't give his money back, he has no right to demand a refund.
