Need Paypal verified

I want to sell something for $300 to somebody, but I need to put it on eBay for him to buy it.

In order to do that I need my Paypal verified.

If somebody can walk me through this, as soon as he buys the item (about a day or two later), I will give him a cut of the pay. We can discuss how much on MSN.
