Scammed Again!

†TheLegend† scammed me.

He took over 30 hours to get void and was unreachable, so I logged in:

Didn't give him pin, and there's nothing in my bank.


MSN chat- he lied, didn't even have top.

Now, he is claiming he got keylogged.
This is downright preposterous. It's funny, when everything was deleted off of his thread, he last edited it, as you can see on the first post. The whole 'raped' part was already in small print as part of his signature BEFORE AND DURING my purchase. Everything seemed to run smoothly, we talked on msn, agreed to prices, discussed though PM, and it seemed fine.

However, now he wants to start his business back on here? Ok great, but the least you can do is refund all your customers. One customer after me pm'ed me saying he paid $28 (in which TheLegend did not train his account), and I paid $10, in which the best he's doing is offering an apology.

An apology is nothing. I do not trust his services, and I want to see proof his PayPal account got screwed (the keylogged transactions), and his MSN conversation with the keylogger. Otherwise, he should be IP banned, before he can scam any other members. I have a PayPal dispute against my $10 purchase from him, and I am waiting for his response so I can escalate it if no refund is offered.

Sorry for the whining, it's just that I now have to pay $50 total for services. (TheLegend lost fire cape I got 2 days prior and torso, so I have to buy another one of each, plus the $10 for his services I never received)

 

He claims he had been keylogged, so he is banned until he pays back everyone he scams.
