The new staff of light

So,today there was a new update on slayer.One of them is a new mob named ice strykewyrms at lvl 93 slayer witch drops Staff of Light.The staff gives +15% magic damage,has a chance to save combat runes while casting and the special reduces damage by 50% for 1 minute,in one word a hell of a good staff.The price atm is 10m net medium.
Luckly i just got one and i was thinking,since it's a good staff i predict that the price is gonna sky rocket.
Please comment,i need some pro/cons opinions here cause i plan on camping there to stock up on them and sell later if the price indeed raises.

 

Wow, lucky you. If only I had 10m on my pure.. Did you get the staff in the ge or by killing the monster? Plus, that's hella fast to get a staff.

Edit: I'd keep the staff. It's the dragon claws of staffs. They're going to rise a ton.

 

It is a good staff, but it still might drop. I'd advise that you wait a bit, but not too long.

 

The drop rate has been confirmed at around 1/200 for these things. The price will not sky rocket. Regardless of it being a good staff, the drop rate is too common. they will rise for a few days, maybe a week or two. I would consider selling it off pretty quick.

 

yeah it's preety common but you can only kill them if you're assigned by kuradal and only during task,and on top of that if u don't have a fire cape u only deal 0 dmg.
I'm planing on spending all my 6k points on task switching to get these.

I Saw a video of ozank using it in pvp, he speced. let someone claw him without melee prayer on and he was in ahrims. they hit like 5-9-11-6. lol. He hits 44 with the staff.

 

Don't sell it! It's going to rise like almost every new item

 

These will fucking skyrocket like hell, sell near the peak if your not going to use it or you need the money.

 

I was thinking, dclaws may drop and staff of light skyrockets?

wow AMAZING... they will hit 20m GE no doubt, probably much higher, even higher than d claws

 

makes me regret stopping at 55 slayer. what do u need to wield?

 

well firstly u need 93 slayer,after that u need to be assigned only by kuradal to kill these and u can kill them only during task,an on top of that u need f cape otherwise u only deal 0 damage

 

to USE the staff?
