    I've recently made a 10hp mage. So far he's 55 mage and 29 combat, when should I stop!?

    You should stop right now and level other things.

    If you're trying to level nothing else besides Mage ( in terms of Combat skills ) then I'd say go for 99 if you're going to make cash off of other skills.
