Someone help me with paypal?

So im looking to buy sell accs with paypal first time.

MY account on paypal is only premier
and the question i need to know is

when someone sends money, how do u make sure they cant get it back?
I heard of sending a gift, and u cant claim back
But i dont have the send gift option

Just have them send it as a gift or payment owed and you'll be fine.

With paypal, there is no for sure way of making a payment non refundable, since they can call and claim the payment was unauthorized. But payments that are sent via Gift or Claimed and canceled are relatively more secure.

There's no way to make sure 100% they will get it back, no method is full-proof.
