    is there a point in making a scammer report against a banned account?
    the account in question Pepper2212
    he recovered the account he sold to me but he has already been banned, but Pepper2212 from this thread it appears he seems to have other accounts that have a dnt, is there a point in making a scammer report?

    Hello, there are multiple reasons why you should make a scam report.
    If Pepper2212 ever decides to pardon, they will have to clear all debts.
