Here's a quick Guide to taking a real "Screen Shot"

Look around on your Keyboard for a Button (normally top right corner) called "Prnt Scrn" > Push it.

It will take a copy of the screen's current image and you'll be able to open paint to Paste it. Normally found in your Start Menu under the Programs>Accessories>Paint.

Once Paint is open > Ctrl + V [Will paste the Image that "Prnt Scrn" took]

Save picture as, Go to www.Tinypic.com > Locate Image > Upload.
