Need an alternative to saying "I Love you" on Valentines day.

So V-day is coming up... 1 week from today and it just so happens to also be my little 1 month "anniversary" with my girlfriend.

BUT

In a card I'm getting her on Valentines day, i don't want to sign it "Love, Jordan".. or "With Love, Jordan" for the obvious reason that I don't love her after 1 month of dating. We're not the corny couple to say "<3" before we go to sleep or say "I Love You" yet because it's obviously not true.

BUT.. (Again)

I don't want to sign it "Jordan" alone because I don't want it to come off bad without putting anything because it IS a special-ish day i guess.

So what can i put? I was thinking about signing it:

"Happy Valentines Day,
Jordan"

-or-

"Happy One Month,
Jordan"

Anything nice would be fine. I don't want to leave it blank though.

My personal opinion is to not focus on the "signing" of the card. Put together 2-3 short sentences that express how you've enjoyed the last month together and that you look forward to the events tomorrow brings. Perhaps even remind her of one of your best moments together as you remember it.. this will go a long way. Keep it real yet also keep it in balance with the relationship you have with her. This approach allows you to now sign the card with your name alone. Guys typically grab a card and sign it.. Show her you took the time to express yourself with some words of your own.

No matter what you select to do concerning this card, by starting a thread to seek feedback you've already shown you're a pretty good guy that cares about the impacts.. You'll do well no matter what you do. Best of luck

 

I'm not one for cuddly relationships either, but the occasional <3 is sweet. Also, you kind of get a free-pass on Valentines day to say "<3 you" without it being taken too seriously.

Otherwise, happy one-month is probably okay. Shows you remember, at least.

You could try and make it something humorous, which would noth negate the awkward scenario and make it funny. For example, "singed your sexy man, Jordan"

OT: I wouldnt end the card with a from, .. or love... or w/e, id have to say just a few words that are special to you and that will make her feel all bubly and warm inside. Something that when she reads it, it could be possibly the sweetest thing ever. that should blow her away instead of ending it in a Happy V-tines or w/e. imo

ya in another 1.6 years tell me how much you regret falling in lovee with a girl when your underage after you break up. you feel like you just wasted those years of your life. Thats why i spend most of my time having 1 week flings with people I'm in I'm out its all good.
