#1 If you send gifts through Paypal can it be reversed?
#2 Can gifts only be sent by a verified Paypal account? I'm 15 and don't have a credit card.

Some guy reversed the payment he sent me for my pure.

 

You can check your limits on paypal. By Clicking "View Limits", it's in the bar with your Paypal Balance.

#1, Gifts can always be reveresed if they are Credit Card or Bank Verified. All they have to do is call Paypal or call there Bank about the Payment.

#2 Gift can be sent from anyone, it doesn't matter at all.

You can't really raise your limit if you don't get verified. unless you have a Canadian Paypal, you'll have a limit of $3000 to send.

 

Canadian, Australian and Singaporian paypals do not need a credit card or bank account. You can use false information and send and receive money easily.

I'm not sure, but there's still a chance you can still get banned.
