Can anybody help? I have a serious problem.

Well I suggest you DON'T do heroin. But that's just me.
Go ahead and do it if you like to be anxious, sick and paranoid 24/7.
Other then that, you should be taking life on a ride instead of letting life take you for one.
What are you into? What haven't you tried yet? Do that shit man. Get some experiences. Be natural, be human.

 

DON'T run away from your home or anything. The depression will hit you soon. You will ask yourself, man why the hell did I run away from home. Home is the only place anyone would welcome someone like you. And home is where you get your food and everything for free.

Go see a counselor, get some help, and think positive.

 

Get rid of videogames, and limit the time spent on the computer a day to an hour or so. Get an ipod, and try getting back into physical activity.

 

okay well youre not going to feel well if you are not going out and getting excerise, also try eating healthy im guessing you eat junk

 

Get some exercise.

 

Get a job, then buy an old car off craigslist and fix it up.
