Long story short -
I bought an account from ICC back in the middle of last year (End of June 2021)
He said he was the OO of the account and kept the account in his email for about 6 months - I had zero issues with the account up until today - 5/16/2022
He changed the email to mine in December after telling me he couldn't purchase the account back for about 3 months (Kept telling me he was working on getting money etc)
I resold the account to @vypurr back in April (April 9th, 2022) on a payment plan. (I was aware Vypurr was DNT at the time of the trade, he explained the situation and I was willing to give him a chance)
He has paid about ~$900 out of the $1500 he was purchasing it for - $738 down payment, 2x $125-ish payments, all done via Bitcoin
He messaged me earlier mentioning he lost access to the account.
I tried to reset the password but it looks like the email has changed.
Recovery failed as I was never given info on the account by ICC.

Looking for advice etc on what to do here - but for now here's the report I have for ICC -

Proof of contacting seller: imgur.com (I realize this was recent, but wanted to get the thread made before I left work and was gone for ~ 12 hours)

I was able to get a hold of ICC.
He's still sticking to his guns that he's the OO and only owner before me.
The email on the account was mine until today (only changed by recovering the account)

There was a TOS on my account sale thread ([$200 Donator] Selling 2277 Maxed Main (Infernal and extra goodies))
Looking back at the discord conversation - it was never actually agreed upon with Vypurr and myself.
