Of course he has the right to have sex. But sex is a consensual act, and if there is an extraneous variable (having HIV) which would deter or change the mind of one of the participants, and he failed to disclose that to them, then he has violated them. Its just not right..

I support the punishment he received, knowingly spreading a deadly disease/virus deserves only the stiffest of punishment.

 

He deserved it, what sort of sick person would spread this around, he has basically just killed them... He should of used protection and informed them he had that....
