Cba to give you answers for each question, but a few good things to keep in mind. Be confident about the job and about yourself. Employers need to know that you are the right person for the job, and in order for them to know that, you have to believe it first. Dont be cocky, but maintain yourself well.

Also, dont prepare scripted answers for the question, create a general idea. The interviewer will probably add on questions, so think of deifferent questions that may come out of all the other questions. Think out all the various possibilities for the interview.

Lastly come prepared with questions for them! This is a big one, it shows that you have thought through the job, and that you are genuinely interested. Also asking pertinent information about pay scales flips the tables on them, it puts YOU in the position of power, as if you are interviewing them for the opportunity to hire you. This plays into the confidence bit as well.

    Good luck with the interview

    Interview Help!

1.) Have you been in a situation where you've had to work with people of different diversities? How did you deal with getting a project completed?
Yes I have. We piled our diffrent views and opinions on the project and our pro's and con's and split the work evenly throughout the group.

(Might want to change it up)

2.) Have you been in a situation where you've had to deal with a customer’s complaint? And how did you deal with it?

I have. I dealt with the customers situation the best standards I could afterwards I relayed the customer to my supervisor who overtook the situation.

3.) What does diversity mean to you, and is it important in the work place?

Diversity means to me that you have different views and opinions in the work place and that everyone is not set on one goal or point of view we work together and can collaborate on tasks with point of views that could greatly benefit the situation. I do believe that diversity is important in any workplace when you bring in diversity you bring the potential of having a better solution to a situation.

4.) How do you view the Abercrombie brand?
I view the Abercrombie brand as an expanding part of society. Influential does not give the brand justice. I see it as expanding for bigger and more elaborate things and spreading to a wider range of peoples.

5.) How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as a hardworking individual with a like mind and very good values that when I set a goal I work with all my resources to achieve it. Very fashionable and ready to work to help customers and better the Abercrombie Brand

6.) How would your friends describe you?
They would describe me as a dedicated individual, hard working but appreciative and kind they would describe me as willing to learn and experiment with new things and having a keen eye for peoples likes and dislikes.
7.) What makes you a good sales associate?
What makes me a good sales associate is my extreme attention to detail for the store and customers sake. My keen eye for peoples dislikes and likes I believe would greatly enhance my sales with the store. My calm nature would help me deal with customer’s problems and any problems at the store

8.) What would you do if someone were stealing, how would you react?
I would react with a calm and collected attitude and alert my supervisor of the individual stealing the item and would react to what he explains to me to do. I would not approach the individual unless told to by the supervisor or when trained to work at a Abercrombie store to decrease the chance of a extreme situation
(Big companies never want you stopping someone from stealing)

9.) Describe a situation where you had several crucial tasks to complete. How did you prioritize and what did you do first? What did you do second? Why did you choose that order?
(If you give me a situation I'll explain it for you.)
