Like can you get a whole console ban if you use a account that has the prestige glitch?

I've got two accounts, one at 10th prestige (with no levels other than level 2) and my main one which is 9th prestige.

None are reset or banned!

I was under the impression they patched this glitch long ago? And also I thought people DID get banned for doing this.
