Received a false infraction.

Personally, I feel as if I have been given a false infraction.

Recentley I had arranged to buy 5M RSGP from Bossdeejay.

I paid him the cash, He blocked me off Msn.
That's not the point because he is banned now.

The point is that I warned everybody he is a scammer in the thread. I even said I had proof in my post. A few posts later I was asked to post proof so I did, with a picture.

Roughly 15 minutes later I received a message off Badger191 warning me that I now have a infraction. At this point I am pretty angry that I've been scammed & now given a infraction for accusing Bossdeejay of being a scammer with no proof... when I did. *proof on link at the top*

I asked Badger191 to go back through the thread and read all the posts before giving me a infraction. Yet he still claims he is right.

I'm innocent. I will quite willing take this infraction if this means Badger191 is stripped of his mod title. This is simply mod abuse.
If not I would like my infraction removed.

I would like to thank R2Pleasent for doing his job properly and banning the person CLEARLY in the wrong. Big props to you dude.

You were infracted because you posted WITHOUT HAVING PROOF in that post. You shouldn't accuse someone of scamming without proof or you WILL be infracted.

You accuse a user of scamming WITHOUT proof once again, and that post has actually recently been reported so I'll leave that for another mod to take care of so you don't claim that I'm "abusing my powers". Also your threats/blackmail via PM towards me will get you nowhere. ( See below )

If any Globals + have any comments, please speak up.

Edit: Also, if you don't mind me adding....You should be happy I'm one of the few people that actually have a PM sent when an infraction is received.

Threats & blackmail?
I agree I was angry but threats & blackmail? I think not.
I was telling you straight that you was wrong and if you didn't correct it, I would get it corrected.

 

"I have proof" does not cut it, next time post the proof before making accusations. Also, I love the signature, it's great to get my name out somehow!

Then I guess I'll do the deed of giving you an infraction for the other thread as you don't have proof.

May I close this, or do you have more to add?

 

Your attitude is disgusting, and the first infraction was warranted, seeing as you hadn't posted proof when you were infracted. The second infraction is also warranted.
