I sent him $2 as a normal payment, he said he won't accept as i'll just dispute it apparently, said he's refund it, he hasn't and he's just blocked me.

Most definetly a scammer, enjoy the $2 mate, i'm gonna have to sell my blood now as i've lost all of that money.
