His Range level is 48 while his prayer level is 28. all other combat related skills, i.e. attack, defence, magic, etc are level 0. Now for the items, he is pretty well equipped. He has 233k, full camo(from the demon drill random event) d hide legs gold trimmed, vamps, and some other cool stuff. If you don't like the gold trimmed legs you could always sell for as of now on the G.E. 934k- 1.3million gp. Another image for proof,

So, as i am new i do not have anyone to validate or "vouch for me", but my accounts name is R8nger Cloud, the RS account, so , as i don't wan't my account name put up on some Blacklist, i am NOT a scammer. Sorry for the Great wall of china text, i was told to be very detailed.
