Maclainus1 Scammed me for a 76k trick... Also possible ban evader?

I'm not that pissed off about losing 76k, but people like this make me sick >_>. I started getting active on sythe again in the past couple weeks or so and I first got suspicious when i had his msn added from about a year ago, yet his account was barely a month old, meaning he made a new sythe account in the time id had his msn.

Anyway, the deal was I was going to give him 700k for a pin using the method he picks up whiteberries, trades them to me(i buy them) and i drop them. He asked before if i would do a 76k trick for him because he had high EP. I said okay but this has to be part of my payment, he said yes.
