Its a level 86 main, it has some really nice stats, Mining is probably the one that stands out the most to me because its almost at 70! It comes with Valueables equaling 3.826mil which is good for starting off.

You might want to lower it. It has no 99, it doesn't have 1 mil on it. I dunno which quests are done. But the most people would pay such as myself would be like $10.
