need advice on chinning

Ive decided to chin from 92-99 ranged. im just starting out and these rocks keep falling out of nowhere and hitting my character and after short time lowering his hp by alot. they usually do 1-3hp per fall and they fall every few seconds. the whole map shakes when this happens. also if you have any good advice about exactly where to kill the monkeys i know there is four spots but some of them dont work good in some spots. Please also tell me if i should use void or black d hide. ive been useing void so far but it misses sometimes but i havent used black d hide yet. so far chinning hasn't been working out good for me please help out, thanks

 

The reason your being hit is because ur not standing under the cave things, go on high detail and you will see the top to stand under, if it's 100% open don't stand there, if it's got something over it, u can stand there without being hit by rocks.

Use void, it is by far the best, also use a range boosting prayer, I wouldn't say eagle eye as it takes a good bit of pray points. If you don't want to use void use armadyl top & bottom with ranger boots and a stealing creation hat, stealing creation hat will give you 2x xp in both hp & range while chinning.. The hats work for any skill, butsince your chinning it'll go for range and hp xp.

Also be sure to use zamorak or guthix book as they give range bonus and pray bonus, zamorak being the best, guthix being cheapest but almost same.
