TWC Dispute (no home IP) - SoUnreal99

I was told to make a new dispute from my home IP, but I am on my home IP. It may be because of my type of internet I am assuming? Which makes sense on why I got the bad location on the day I made my account. My internet is from a dish on the side of my house from a tower near me. (Not cables).
