i hope you banned this man i lose my money and my time , now i trying to get back the money from paypal

i can't dispute it because it's send to him persoanl paid but i will warning people from him

 

Insufficient proof, sorry we can't use a paypal log/msg log as proof nor can we use word of mouth on whether he recovered it or not.
