Made the wounds from scratch apart from a little splatter brush

I personally like it .
I like the feel to it (like um her face has a oil paintesh thing, btw, did you use corel painter?).
The blood doesn't really 'fit in' to this, maybe lower the sateration (I think thats what's its called..).
Overall, good job .

 

Well I made a James Dean one similar to it but lowered the vibrancy of the blood, didn't look half as good. Also the brush strokes are just the "Angled Stroke" filter on photoshop with a few tweaks to the settings.

 

Haha I love it, I could see it being put on a t-shirt.

good though i think you should work on the right eye? just looks a bit like her eye is made out of jelly haha really good apart from taht though

 

Yeah lol I do make tshirts, I might make it into one.
