Okay thanks. I'm just nervous cause once I sold an account to RS4Gold and right when I received my payment it went limited. I'm trying to prevent it.

 

You can have a credit card link to a paypal. Although it is limited still, you have some freedom. You can recieve and send money. But that credit card MUST be linked to your paypal. If it is removed by anytime then your account will have 0 spending limits.

 

I plan on using this CC on a brand new paypal to start out with a clean slate and reduce the risk of getting limited

No, you buy one online, it's called a vcc or something. It verifies your Paypal for you, and it's not a real bank account.

It's the only way besides actually having a bank account.
