Jagex becoming picky on recovery attempts?

Please Note - If this is in the wrong section of the site then im sorry. I didnt know exactly where to post it.

Anyway heres my problem. My account has been hacked, and to cut a long story short im trying to recover it. Previously the information iv used has always been enough to get back the password until now. Heres the response i get:

The creation details you gave us did not provide us with enough evidence to reset your password. Try resending the creation details with information that would have been accurate when you created the account. The earlier the details, the faster we can get you back in game. We require details from when you first created this account, such as the location, date and IP address, if known. The more information you can provide, such as the country/state or city, as well as an approximate date of creation, are very good indicators of account ownership.​

Has anyone had this problem? And if so how did you get around it in order to recover the account?

 

this happened to me too i had all previous info and it got accepted. but i clicked recover lost password instead of the other option and i got it back after that. then it got locked and he had set recoveries when it had gotten locked so now im out an account. :[

 

They have never really been this bad, honestly i use to be able to get accounts by only using the first and last name, but now even if you know the recoverys they still make you do the stupid pending recovery thing.

 

i managed to get my scammed account back with hardly any info...

 

I Know the best way of recovering an account.

The 3 most important part to do is
1. membership details
2. first passwords
3. in the part where you are supposed to write extra stuff write these thing - first thing is to type you dont remember the recovery details thats why you didnt fill it in - and the most important part--> TELL THEM TO LOOK AT THE IP AND WHERE IT IS NORMALLY USED!!! as soon as they see the ip things you will definately get it back trust meh

i was hacked of an account 6 month ago and couldnt recover.today i tried and recovered it,sadly the guy lvled the 9 hp on it =[

 

I put all the info and i always get it and i tried agian and now it says put something diffrent?! wtf do i put diffrent? wow i hate jagex something must be wrong.

 

Well should i just use my normal recovery information, but in the box where you can type near the creation details, just include the IP it was created on?
