I'd say that you should just add up the prices of all of the game (include the price of the games in a pack if available), then cut it in half, a third, or a fourth and see if anyone pays that much.

Edit: Also, people won't pay more than a quarter of the value of the PACKAGE price for all of those games. Namely because it doesn't have the security that owning your own account can provide and it also contains a lot of games that people aren't looking for (judging by the amount that you have not downloaded).
