Actually is 6-7 server ticks per inventory. Which comes out to be 3.5 - 4.5 seconds depending on your computer spec's, internet connection, and server load, ect. Keeping in mind it takes around 3-4 seconds to bank so it's 8.5 seconds per inventory.

7 Inventories per minute (196 Herbs)
420 Inventories per hour (11k Herbs)
