How closely does Jagex pay attention to IP Addresses?

Most people who do get locked have a family member who plays so It wouldnt be smart to IP ban.

Way back in the day I was into account phishing.
Since then I've done a lot of sharing/trading and even though they said they'd be watching my accounts, they've yet to catch me for anything. All the phished accounts were locked, and my Ip was wiped, but since then nothing big.

Worse case scenario is you get locked. But w/e

 

They notice if your like in the uk and you you log on and your IP address changes to usa our hong kong our w.e

 

They dont notice crap except like japan logging itno usa but usa to usa not really worst case scenario is a lock

 

they don't because they are lazy
