Sythe Member of the Month

There are far too many people to set up something like this. It would be compeltely unfair to everybody.

I don't see why a rank image would hurt? In fact, assuming that the staff would be nominating the members - It's not much different than the 'Cracker Head' rank. One is issued every month, the other is given out randomly.

I definitely support this idea being that it will most likely increase activity and encourage members to make relevant and well thought out posts (Not random topics with pictures of cats performing human-like actions).

Why need a rank image? That's not a good idea.


Change where it says "Leecher" "Member" "Active Member" , etc..
Make it say "Member of the Month" or something

This would be a good substitute for a user image/rank thingy.

 

Understandable.

However, I don't believe a user-bar in a signature is a proper reward though. Obviously the award is given in to entitle recognition to the user, so it should be something more noticeable.

Perhaps a different name color, a slightly bolded name, a small symbol by the user name, etc.

Just ideas.

We should have a small user title saying "member of the month." I don't think that's going to make someone more trusted imo. You just always use a MM

I little to much effort for mods for just some self gratification from the choosen one...

 

1 poll a month isn't too much work.

 

i support the rank and this idea .

 

We make a nomination thread --> you guys nominate --> we make a private/public poll --> decision is made.

 

User title only fo a reward, user images take a fair bit more to acheive than just being popular (excluding donator)
