Definitely a big avoid from me. Did three attempts at getting an order going and I never got more than a single reply. User specifically states in his thread that his services are so much better, more personal and faster than others yet doesn't put in the slightest effort to communicate with potential customers. Seems evident that there is not much interest in providing his services to customers as is evident on his visitors page as well. Wouldn't want my money to go towards someone with big claims yet zero deliveries. Thanks but no thanks, not for me.

Negative Vouch

False advertisement - none of his workers can complete a quest cape service from scratch with the advertised stats
Communication - Terrible communication, does not communicate with you at all
Time Management - Was given a guaranteed timeline to be complete but did not fall through, my account was left for 4 days without any activities and his excuse was none of his workers could do the PVM stage of the quest

Overall negative experience from runemetrix and awaiting for partial refund, still no update
