I verified it..and paypal keeps denying it..I've tripple checked all my info

 

Use American Express, and register over the phone.

Then just donate the funds to your paypal account and purchase.

 

They work for RSBots.net purchases and they are activated quite quickly (usually within 2 hours).

When you add the card to your PayPal account, the funds won't show on the actualy page obviously but the money is still there on the card.
