Need a good spot to train strength

For a 106 with 89 attack 87 strength 81 defense 87hp 60 prayer.

any tips?

For f2p, strong hold of security level 3, spiders that are level 51.

For members, strong hold of security level 4 with the ankous. Make sure to bring bones to peaches tabs. (15 tabs conserves 15 inventories of food, with your combat, you're good to stay in that area for at least 4-5 hours). The drops also increases almost exponentially in ankous for p2p (a good 2 hour camping there can give you 1-2m at most, but mostly 500-700k).

 

definitely if f2p, strong hold is the best place, hands down. especially with those stats. if its p2p, theres a lot of places, preferably if you have money, armoured zombies.

 

if p2p, u can try jungle horors, fast

Slayer, some tasks are amazing xp, plus cash, plus slayer xp. I did this to max melee, nice profit, didn't take long at all, got 5 easy capes one after another .
