dont say it was hacked. they will lock your account and believe me, it's a bitch to unlock. just say this;

No way. But umm, I had this happen with Gold4Rs as well, someone most have a noticeable IP. I'd just say.... well.... no to sure. Is there a realistic excuse?

 

Just be grateful that it wasn't a permanent ban.

 

I have all the information on the account so its possible that I would be able to unlock it...

Any idea if they remove membership when you get banned

 

i say just wait it out, dont risk losing the account.

 

Say you were hacked and have recently visited some fan sites that you think might be the cause.

They might lock your account unless you have it fully secured now. If they do not a big deal though, just make sure you have all the required info. and you should be good to go.

IMO I'd wait the 14 days. Getting the account locked has always been a bitch and I think the info needed to recover the account is harder than what it used to be like. So unless you have every bit of detail down to the second you made the account and the clothes you wore that day,I wouldn't do it.

 

Just wait it out...Not playing RS for 2 weeks isn't that big of a deal.

 

they only give 14 day bans for rwt? And im guessing that g4rs's ip hass been logged by rs or something, I never got banned when i traded with em multiple times a little over a year ago.

Membership is active...You lose those 2 weeks anyway you look at it. Getting it locked and unlocked will take from a few days to a few weeks; and being banned loses you 2 weeks of p2p. Sucks but it's a risk when you do illegal activities.

It's 14 days just don't do it again and wait...

 

If you have full account details and you are sure that you'll unlock it once they lock the account, then by any means, go with your account is hacked.

Say that you were recruited into a player killing clan and the leader told you that in order to gain trust in the clan, you must register with your runescape account username and password on the clan's website.

Once they see that, most of the time they'll quash the ban and allow you to unlock it.

 

I would just wait the 14 days tbh.

 

Mine was banned for 12 days, also for using gold4rs. You're not getting out of the ban, trust me. I gave an epic appeal and they turned me down u_u
