new design for win-rs-membership.net needed

OK im looking for someone to redesign me win-rs-membership.net
this is a new site im created to gather information on runescape players for the
purposes of email marketing.

I am paying $30 for this to be created

I would like the runescape.com scrolls design

the site must contain a form with the titles

runescape username (yes i know i said i wouldnt ask for it on the page iv got currently

Their real first name

their real surname

how often they play runescape (in a drop down box with numbers of hours between 0-1hour a day, 1-2 hours a day, 2-3 hours a day, 3-5 hours a day, 5 - 8 hours a day, over 8 hours a day

how much gold they have in millions Limit this to 3 numerical characters and in the php data make it automatically put millions at the end of the numbers

and the email address,

I would the for to go to a php script which would record the data as shown

[email protected],
firstname,
secondname,
5-8,
22million

I would then like the the script to send it to a thank you page thanking the player for entering the compition and the prize draw closes on 31st of march 2010
there email address

 

I need almost the same thing as you built.

I'm trying to learn how to make it now, but its called ASP file and global.ASA file, you need to build a session I think.

If somebody can actually build this, Message me as well.

and why do you think its bad?

 

I can do the design, but not so good as coding.

 

I can do a design and publish to web. But I'm not so good at coding.
