Creating an exe from a program?

How can i make a program that creates an exe?
Any tutorials?

 

can you explain what you want to do with some more detail? what do you want the exe you create for?

 

I just want a program that i could click a few checkboxes then click make then it creates anexe

He wants a program that creates a program on Windows.

He wants to be able to select on the program what it will make, then it will create the application (.exe) to a selected location..

Kind of strange if you ask me.

 

I don't see the need of something like that. It'd be WAY easier to write a script interpreter, then have the script define everything you want the program to do.

But I have wondered how to do this too. Integrate a compiler or call one externally, I suppose.
