Ban Dispute

Anyways, my sythe account Mazer Hybrid was hacked around a year ago. I've quit rs, but came back. I know he's banned, that's because The Viper000 banned it for me, Grave helped me contact him and he banned it for me. Is there ANY way I can get him recovered and unbanned? I should be able to show proof he was my account by telling you his previous pass, and e-mail which i'm pretty sure the hacker changed.
