Forgot password is not working..?

Well , i don't know why its not working.

But today i tried to do forgot password thing , but it never sent me an email for the password...

My friend told me that .. and i wanted to try ... and it didn't send em.. lol

Please fix this

 

It does, just not for hotmail. They seem to be blocking the emails.

Just change your registration address to a yahoo/gmail address, or something.

 

Well i think you need to fix it since 85% of the sythe users use hotmail and Live.

 

yeah i do have another account on Sythe.org, but i forgot the password, and it's registered under an Hotmail address..

and to Sin666, how can you change your registered address if you forgot the pass on Sythe...?

 

The recovery system is working fine, and the emails are being sent out - it's your e-mail address that's failing. It could be something about the default spam preferences, or just hotmail itself. Either way, I don't think there's much we can do about it, but I'll look into it.

jecheat: You're welcome to continue using your current account as long as no former ones are banned. If you absolutely need your old account (due to reputation, post count, etc), then you'll have to contact an admin to have it reset manually.

 

Well sin , our emails are not failing , sythe is , i made another acc that i wanted to try with hotmail , as i espected , didnt work

You really should do something about that

 

maybe in hotmail its in junk mail ? try looking there

 

Sythe isn't failing, your email is blocking out the emails sent.

 

The sane applies for me with live.

 

i did check, it's nowhere.
and sin, could you give me an Admin's username that would be able to do it?

 

i also use hotmail yeah ive had problems with it.

 

^ ^ i added u 2 days ago syn and u havent been online iv made it so all spam is allowd threw my email but it still wont work what to do what to do?
