Fight Caves question - Please answer quick - I am worried Lol

I have 30 purple sweets left, 5 1/2 brews left, and 15 super restores left. And 1 ranging potion.

78 range.
78 defence.
108 cmb.

I have pretty decent equip.

Am I in bad shape? (sure feels like it)

When do I use my brews?

You have enough supplies to do the caves 2 times over without banking. It would be wise to check out fight cave guides to find safe spots for waves 53+.
