Appealing DNT

Hi, I was reported for owing Izad $20, banned and given a DNT before I could respond. But this was all due to miscommunication and me failing to respond in a timely manner due to some IRL stuff at the time. I'm a $333 donor and a somewhat reputable sythe member and as such I would like to request the DNT removed since the 3 months ban has elapsed. At the time the report was made I was never given the completed version of the work, it was withheld until said payment was made, so I don't think a ban was warranted in the first place. However I do acknowledge my failure to respond in a timely manner and I tried reaching out to the mod who banned so I could sort it out but to no avail. Izad and I then sorted it out ourselves, his payment was sent, and I was then given the completed version of the work. As such i believe the DNT is not warranted and I'm requesting the removal of it so I can continue to do business on here.
