Treasure trail buyouts

Hello guys, I'm a longtime player of the game, and have around 3B spread throughout 10-15 accounts and a fairly successful private merch clan... ( not to be named )

I was noticing lately people are buying out treasure trail items more than ever!... which brings me to.. does anyone know the rarity of level 3 tt rewards?... I was incredibly interested in starting a top hat buyout similar to the animal mask ones.. so if anyone knows the rarity of these and various other level 2 and 3 tt rewards.. please post here or post a link to them

lol ty.. that rules out the top hat thing.. but how about other items.. does anybody have an estimate on rarity of level 2 and 3 rewards?

 

Considering I just sold a zamorak crozier (level 1 trail, 7k ge value) for 2 mints today... i'd say investing in some trail rewards would be a good idea
