Trey, where did you see the transaction pending?

2) Trey, I can see a $100 transaction on the address you provided, sent at XX:27.
Are you sure it's not the money that Doberman sent at XX:26?
Is that a Coinbase/exchange wallet? It appears so.
I'm being told that there's an issue with BTC transactions on Coinbase at the moment.

Trey, this doesn't seem to be the case. (edit: Oh, you were referring to your past transaction in your transactions history on your exchange account. I thought you were referring to the blockchain explorer link. Anyway, I explained the transaction history involving the BTC address you provided Doberman with below).

You provided Doberman with the following BTC address to send you $100:

When you open the above posted link, you'll notice that you received $100 at XX:27 and sent $100 13 minutes later at XX:40 (it probably wasn't you, but your exchange - they do so automatically).
When you see the number of transactions, there are 2, this matches out.
Total amount received ~$100
Total amount sent ~$100
Final balance = 0

You can clearly see it from this picture:

Here's what I think happened:

Trey, you received $100 on your BTC address (32qv7WLcTP8Gp9nBjnzstGr2tZko1MNHwY), your exchange forwarded it to its other address, as it always does, that's why the final balance on that address is $0 and your exchange didn't credit you the money.

I would give it a few hours and if your exchange doesn't resolve this issue, then contacting them should be your next step.
