To answer your question though, Buying an account is generally not safe, and selling it unless you are considered trusted(Lots of rep and vouches and years spent) is going to be hard unless someone wants to take the risk.

That being said, You shouldn't let anyone log in and you shouldn't expose your account if you want to do this type of trade I would highly recommend a middleman and even at your own expense, it is better to play it safe.

Hey there buddy! First check to see if you are dealing with a reputable client. If using discord always check their UID. If you don’t trust the person you are dealing with you can always check out the Middle Man Section.
