Friend Has Connection Error

    Friend Has Connection Error
    my friend can't seem to access sythe.org, he gets the following message:

    Connection Error

    Unable to connect to the requested site.
    Details
    Unable to establish a connection with server 204.16.247.148

    He tried clearing all the cookies and caché, the website doesn't seem to work on any of the computers in the house, not sure if this is the problem but a few days ago he got a new router, a WAP (Wireless Access Point) so it might be the problem, if so how do I fix? I tried on a computer connected to the main router which is not new, no luck at all. Many thanks.

    try using a proxy and see if he can access it?

    tried disk cleanup? clearing cookies? internet history?

    then go to CMD (command prompt) then type in ipconfig/dnsflush
