Doomsday anyone? - help me check if site is working

Do me a favor and help me make sure the polls on this website are working correctly. Last time I coded it I left out a { and apparently the debugger didn't pick it up and then I said f*** it and put the project aside for a while and tonight I had some free time so I redesigned it.

Lemem know if you have comments/suggestions or if you have errors with the polls.
