ReKlick's Dispute

I have been previously banned for self vouching then making another account, I was knew and didn't know much didn't read the rules and I got perma banned for ban evading. Now I make a new account after several months to give it another shot and some one apparently reported me when I was previously banned. I think I deserve another chance, I already have 40 Vouches and I never scammed any one, I have 32 Rep On allsteams. Would it not be fair to give me another chance on my ReKlick account. I am already "High up" on allsteams as I said before. Thank you
